Fort Plain will once again celebrate the 4th of July on the Third with many activities and events.
In Haslett Park (downtown) there will be Big Al’s Classic Car Cruise-In.
At Lock 15 will be a fishing derby from 7am – 4pm.
And the celebration continues at Wiles Park until dusk, with hot dogs, hamburgers, ice crean and more.
4-7 Will be the Brooks Chicken BBQ
3-9 The fair booths will be open.
4-8 Hayrides to the Fort, Music by Flame, Chain Saw Artist and the National Guard Display.
6-8 All For Fun Bingo, with prizes awarded
6-?? Horseshoe Tournament, Play begins at 6:30
5-7 The Little Leauge All Stars Game
5:30-8 Balloon Artist, Free for children
8-11pm Music by Spike and the Boys
8pm Verterans Memorial Balloon Launch
9:45 FIREWORKS by Alonzo
There will be a bonfire after the fireworks, so be sure to plan on a full day of fun!
