Years ago I realized that there is a lot to do in this area. The problem was finding out what was going on.

I thought if there was an easily accessible source for finding entertainment, how much easier it would be for people to enjoy it all.

This website is a culmination of input from many area residents, volunteers and business owners on how to fill this need.

EVENTS

First and foremost, we cover area events and activities. The main focus here local recreation and entertainment.

Events and fundraisers of all non-profits and charities are posted for free on the event calendar.

Be sure to check the Event Calendar often, where local events are be listed for easy plan making.

DINING

The variety of eating establishments here is amazing. Mom & Pop diners, elegant fine dining, ethnic restaurants, and all in-between. Find out more about these eateries, cooks, and chefs. We bring you menus, special events and entertainment held at these establishments.

Check them out in the Dining Guide for their specialties, menus, hours and maps for easy travel.

LOCAL BUSINESS

We look to help promote shopping local, and have built the site to also let local business participate and inform our readers.

Unfortunately, pixels and servers are not free, so we do have to charge a nominal fee. But, with less overhead than most medias (we don’t use paper, have antennas or satellite dishes, or extensive staff to support) we are the most affordable exposure in the area.
