The Broadalbin Youth Commission is still seeking businesses and crafters to participate in a Home Show and Craft Fair which it will sponsor on Saturday and Sunday, February 27th and 28th, at the Broadalbin-Perth High School Gymnasium.
Several booths have been reserved and remaining booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. The deadline to sign up is February 6th.
Set up will be on Friday, the 26th. There will be a total of 75 (10′ x 10′) booths.
Cost for a booth is $100.00 with $25 to be returned to exhibitors who remain for the entire event. A $3.00 cover charge will be collected at the door.
The event is planned as the first major fundraiser to benefit development of the new Town Park on lands recently purchased by the Town at the corner of Honeywell Corners Road and State Route 29. Cost estimates and a 3D model displaying the plan for the Park are being prepared by a committee of volunteers, and are expected to be available for display at the event.
