The 14th Annual Kaleidoscope Festival will be held at the Fonda Fairgrounds in the Kane Entertainment Building and the Heritage Arts Building on Route 30A in Fonda, NY.
The festival is hosted by the Friends of the Visual & Perfoming Arts, a grassroots non-profit all-volunteer organization dedicated to increasing opportunities for youth and adults to appreciate, experience and participate in the arts in the Mohawk Valley of New York State.
