The winter driving tips are hilarious! I saw alot of people this morning abiding to those rules.
Ha! I saw a pile of cars at the intersection of 5 & 30 in Amsterdam this morning who must have read that. What a mess!
I saw that mess also. Cars were backing down the hill, I guess they couldn’t make it up Rte 30.
