The State Farm Cultural Arts Festival 2009 is brought to you by Centro Civico of Amsterdam, Inc. This family full day festival is a celebration of the contributions of Hispanics to the tapestry of American life, and is guaranteed to energize and stimulate the senses. This year’s event will take place on August 15th 2009 from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at Guy Park Manor in Amsterdam. With performances by “Sensemaya” (Latin Jazz), “Afinke y los que Están” (Salsa Music), and directly from Costa Rica “Pimienta Negra” (Salsa, Merengue and Cumbia Muisc). Expect the best in Latin music, food, crafters and children’s amusements. The State Farm Cultural Arts Festival 2009 is possible thanks to the contribution of The Desmond Hotel, Latino New York Magazine, HITN, and Wal-Mart Distribution Center.
