Saturday was a cool, brisk day. On my way to Toy Jam II, featuring the band 13 Yards To Victory. I parked on Main Street in Amsterdam. After a short visit to The Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame and Main Street Billiards, we were walking on our way to the mall and a light snow started falling, and Christmas Music was heard coming from the New Paris Shop. Oh, the holidays are quick approaching!

Entering the mall, we saw the Montgomery County SPCA having their Pet Photos with Santa Event. They had a couple of their cats there for people to visit, a micro-chipping for cats and dogs, baked goods and a wide array of pet treats and toys for holiday gift giving.

This year the Toy Jam in Amsterdam will be hosting the band Thirteen Yards to Victory from Saugus, Massachusetts. There will be a live performance and a meet and greet with the band.

Many of you may remember their last visit to Amsterdam to preview their Nationwide American Dreamers tour and kick off their I’m an American Dreamer Campaign and Contest.
