You have plenty to do with preparing for Thanksgiving, getting ready for holiday shopping, and many events and activities as the season kicks in gear. So stop by McDonald’s in Palatine Bridge tonight, where from 4-7 they will be donating 20% of their proceeds to The River of Jubilee Fellowship in Sprakers. The funds are being raised for the youth group of the church for missionary work.

So get your holiday donations in while taking a break from the kitchen!

McDonald’s of Palatine Bridge is located in the Dutchtown Plaza, at the intersection of Route 5 and 10 in Palatine Bridge.

Ayres Fundraiser at McDonalds

Stop by for dinner tonght at the Palatine Bridge McDonalds, and a percentage of all sales will go to the Ayers Memorial Animal Shelter.

Also on Friday, there will be a fundraiser at the Canajoharie High School Auditorium.  The performance will be the Award Winning High Performance Dance Center’s Competitions Team’s Showcase.   This will be held on May 8th at 7 pm.  Tickets $5.

Tickets available at NBT Banks in Canajoharie, Fonda, Ft. Plain, Johnstown, Palatine Bridge and St. Johnsville.  Tickets are also available  at the shelter and at the High Performance Dance Center in Johnstown.

All proceeds will also benefit the Ayres Memorial Animal Shelter.

Ayres Memorial Animal Shelter operates as a “quality of life” shelter, and the devoted workers are committed to making sure that every animal in their care has exactly that.

The shelter takes in approximately 750 cats and dogs per year. All adult animals are spayed and neutered prior to being made available for adoption.

In addition, all animals receive all necessary shots, wormings, and other medical treatments, and all dogs are licensed before leaving the shelter.

All would-be adoptive families are carefully screened before being allowed to take home any pet. In this way, each adopted animal is assured of a good and loving home.

The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12 to 5 pm and Wednesday evening until 7 pm.
