Gluten Free Cooking

Wednesday, March 10th, 2010

glutenfreeDo you suspect pasta, bread, and crackers are making you sick?  The culprit may be the gluten, a combination of two protiens found in certain grains. Avoiding grains is challenging, but the only treatment may be the complete removal of gluten from your diet.

The Cornell University Cooperative Extension of Fulton and Montgomery Counties would like to help.

On Tuesday, March 16th (snowdate – March 18th) from 6-7:30 pm, they will have a class on Gluten-Free cooking. Learn how to prepare dishes that are gluten free for your family members or guests. (more…)
